First Step Ballet teaches them discipline, determination, concentration, time keeping, kindness to one and other and the drive to succeed in whatever they decide to do in the future.
The main objective of the organization which includes dancing, speech, drama, literature, poetry, life skills, and a solid foundation in arts and culture, is to provide the children with a creative, structured after-school and holiday programme to channel and motivate the youth’s energies and enthusiasm and to direct their focus and give them a sense of purpose in their lives.
The project aims to uplift and enhance the youth and to change their mindset to believe in themselves, visualize a better life, and hope for their future.Throughout these classes, we empower the children and youth by teaching them a wide range of skills, most importantly self-confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and the drive to succeed.
First Step Ballet isn’t just about becoming a Ballerina, it’s about becoming whoever they want to be. First Step gives them the potential to change their world. Anything is possible!
