The children of FSBM had their first Yoga class. The class was taught by Zara Esmaeili all the way from the United Kingdom. Zara is a certified Bikram Yoga Instructor. The children loved the class and Zara too, she was very impressed by the way they could move and hold the poses. We hope that Zara will return later in the year. Ballet badges were given out at the end of the class to the girls who had shown great enthusiasm and promise. Well done girls! Thank you Zara for your time and energy we can’t wait to see you again!
